All American Meatloaf – easy to make and tastes great!
All American Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Heinz® 57 sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
-Preheat oven at 350°.
-Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake for 1 hour.
-Allow meatloaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
