Lori’s Spaghetti Salad – Great for picnics!

Lori’s Spaghetti Salad


1 pound pkg spaghetti, broken into 4″ pieces
1 – 16 oz bottle Italian salad dressing
1 large cucumber, diced
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Salad Supreme seasoning


~Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

~Place spaghetti in a large serving bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients, and toss to coat.

~Cover and chill for an hour.

~Makes 12 servings.
