Try this tasty dish that the whole family will love!

Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (19 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
Sour Cream
1/2 Cup of Hormel Bacon Crumbs

Directions

~Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

~Spray 2 QT glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place browned hamburger into bottom of pan, covering entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer corn as next layer. Mix soup and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix. Top with the soup mixture.

~Layer tater tots on top, covering entire top with tots. Top with bacon and cheese. Bake for 45 min. Let cool.

~Serve with sour cream.
