Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole – The entire family will love this tasty dish!

Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped
1 – 19 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 – 32 ounce package frozen tater tots
1 – 15-1/4 ounce can corn, drained
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
sour cream
1/2 cup of bacon crumbs

Directions

~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

~Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place browned hamburger into bottom of pan, covering entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer corn as next layer. Mix soup and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix. Top with the soup mixture.

~Layer tater tots on top, covering entire top with tots. Top with bacon and cheese.

~Bake for 45 minutes.

~Serve with sour cream.
