Jefferson County Recipe of the Day: Chicken Casserole

A quick, easy, and delicious recipe!

Chicken Casserole


1 pkg. chicken cutlets, cut in bite size
1 box Stove Top stuffing (prepared as directed on box)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese


~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

~Put chicken in bottom of casserole dish and top with prepared stuffing and cheese.

~In a separate bowl, mix soup and milk together and spread on top of stuffing.

~Bake 1 hour.
