This easy and delicious recipe is great as a mid-morning snack!
Chocolate Chip Cake
Ingredients
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 reg. size package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 pkg. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
4 oz. grated German sweet chocolate, divided
Confectioners’ sugar
Directions
~Preheat oven at 350°.
~In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and half of the German chocolate.
~Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate while slightly warm.
~Cool completely. Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
