Dave’s Maple Gingerbread
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 egg beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Directions
~Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
~Combine and sift the dry ingredients. Add the syrup and sour cream to the beaten egg, then combine the two.
~Bake for about 40 minutes. The gingerbread is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
~Serve with whipped cream.
