An easy and delicious, pizza-like snack!
Feta Pitas
Ingredients
6 whole pita breads
1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
Directions
~Preheat oven at 350°.
~Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning and top with onion and tomato. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
~Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
