Jefferson County Recipe of the Day: Hearty Ham Salad

Try this quick and easy local favorite with your leftover ham: Hearty Ham Salad!


2 cups cooked ham – ground in a food processor
½ cup celery – minced
¼ cup sweet onion – finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 hard-boiled eggs – diced
2 tbsp. cup sweet pickle relish – drained
½ cup mayonnaise


~Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

~Refrigerate until chilled.

~Serve with crackers or on bread as a sandwich.
