Jill’s Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
4 Strawberries – sliced
1 banana – peeled
6 ice cubes
½ cup of milk
½ cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tbsp. sweetener (to taste)
- In a blender, combine the banana and strawberry slices with the ice cubes and milk first to make a slushy.
- Add the yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener and blend for another minute on low setting until it appears creamy.
- Makes a single drink.
