These easy-to-make baby cheesecakes make great desserts for the holidays!
Nilla Wafers Cheesecake
Ingredients
• 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 18-20 Nabisco Nilla wafers
• Cherry pie topping
• Foil cupcake baking cups
Directions
~Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
~Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together well. Put a Nabisco Nilla wafer in each foil cupcake baking cup. Fill foil cupcake baking cup about 2/3 full with cheesecake mix.
~Bake for about 17 minutes.
~Let cool and then top each individual cheesecake with a spoonful of cherry pie topping.
