Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Additional sugar
Directions
~Preheat oven to 375°.
~In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla.
~Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture; beat until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
~Shape into one-inch balls; roll in additional sugar. Place two inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
~Bake for seven to nine minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
