Peanut Butter Hummus – Healthy and Delicious!

Peanut Butter Hummus


1/4 cup 100% extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 – 16 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Pita chips


~Place olive oil, peanut butter, chickpeas, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic, and salt in food processor. Blend until smooth.

~Stir in parsley.

~Serve with additional olive oil and pita chips.

*Hummus can also be used as a dip on a relish tray.
