Raspberry Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 banana
1 cup frozen red raspberries
1 – 6 oz. container Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
~Place ingredients in a blender.
~Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
~Pour into 2 glasses; serve immediately.
