Rice Krispies Cookie Bars
Ingredients
9 cups crisp Rice Krispies cereal
6-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup cornflakes
1 cup flaked coconut
2 packages (one 16 oz. & one 10-1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup M&M’s Minis
Directions
~In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside.
~In a large saucepan, cook and stir the marshmallows and butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir in honey. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until coated. Cool for 5 minutes.
~Stir in chocolate chips, raisins and M&M’s. Press into two greased 15x10x1″ pans. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
~Makes six dozen.
