This recipe is so easy to make and is a great addition to your New Year’s Eve appetizers!
Roasted Red Pepper & Feta Dip
Ingredients
1 jar whole roasted red pepper
1 cup crumbled feta
1 small clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
~Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
~Pulse for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides, then repeat until combined, about 1 minute.
Suggestion: Serve with celery, green beans, toasted pita, tortilla chips, or broccoli.
