Ron’s Jalapeno Popper Dip
Ingredients:
2 – 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 – 4 oz can diced green chilies
1 – 4 oz can jalapeno peppers
1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, and jalapeno peppers until smooth.
Pour mixture into oven safe serving dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Optional: Top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes.
