Jefferson County Recipe of the Day: Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

This dip is great served with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

1 – 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and patted dry
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 green onions, sliced
pita chips and fresh vegetables

Directions

~Place the first eight ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until blended. Add green onions; cover and pulse until finely chopped.

~Chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.

~Serve with pita chips and vegetables.
