A great-tasting Mexican recipe!
Ingredients
1 cup crushed saltines
1 envelope of taco seasoning
1/2 cup ketchup
1 – 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 – 2-1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds lean ground beef
Salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350°.
-In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
-Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. Press into a greased 9×5″ loaf pan.
-Bake, uncovered, for 1-1/2 hours (or until no pink remains).
-Serve with salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
-Makes 8 servings.
