Ingredients
1 – 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 – 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 – 8 in. chocolate crumb crust
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
1 reg. size can cherry pie filling
Directions
~In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
~Spread half of the mixture evenly into the crust.
~Fold cocoa and confectioners’ sugar into the remaining whipped topping mixture. Carefully spread over the cream cheese layer.
~Refrigerate for at least four hours.
~Cut into slices. Top each slice with cherry pie filling.
~Refrigerate leftovers.
