Mrs. Derrick was born December 3, 1978 in Clearfield, a daughter of Ronald and Joyce M. (Howe) Meckley of Curwensville.
She is survived by her husband Shaun A. Derrick of Curwensville. They were married April 30, 1994.
She was a member of Mahaffey Brethren Church. Jodi adored her family and loved spending time with them. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her children; Shayne, Mason, Kaleb, Lindsey and Makenna Derrick, brothers; Ronnie Meckley and wife Cansas, Bryan Clark and sisters; Renee Howell and husband Ed, Kim Campbell and husband Roger, father and mother in law; Stanley and Mary Derrick, her sister in law; Jennifer Swatsworth, very dear friend; Marcy and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Ruth and Ray Meckley and Clair and Orlena Howe. Friends will be received from 11-2 pm Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Waldron Funeral Home in Mahaffey where a funeral service will be held at 2 pm with Pastor Doug Turner officiating.
Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
