John Allen Hadfield, 30, of Indiana, PA, died Sunday, August 30, 2015 at UPMC – Presbyterian in Pittburgh, PA.
He was born February 11, 1985, the son of Richard Byron Hadfield and Patricia Ann (McIlwain) Hadfield.
He is survived by his parents; three brothers, Shawn McIlwain of Falls Creek, PA; Richard Hadfield and his wife Chandra of Coudersport, PA and Gregory Hadfield of Williston, ND.
At the family’s request, there will be no public visitation.
Other arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home in Punxsutawney, PA.
