Country Star John Michael Montgomery to Perform at Jefferson County Fair

10399076_35886725680_5385_n[1]BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) –Country star musician John Michael Montgomery is coming to the Jefferson County Fairgrounds for a concert this summer.

The August 22 concert is co-sponsored by the Brookville Volunteer Fire Company and the Jefferson County Fair.

Montgomery began his country music career in 1992 and has had more than 30 singles on the Billboard country charts, including seven number one hits and 13 more which reached the Top 10.

Two of his well-known songs, “I Swear” and “Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident)” were named by Billboard as the top country songs of 1994 and 1995, respectively.

He has released 11 studio albums, three which are certified multi-platinum, one certified as platinum, and two which are certified gold.
