John P. Gagliardi, 83 of Punxsutawney, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at Christ the King Manor, DuBois.
Mr. Gagliardi was born March 29, 1931 in Walston, a son of the late Steve and Clara (Fairman) Gagliardi.
John is survived by his wife Doris (Smouse) Gagliardi of Punxsutawney.
He was a member of St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church.
In addition to his wife Doris, he is survived by a son; Mark S. Gagliardi of Oakley, CA., a daughter; Kathy J. Jordan and husband John of Knotts Island, NC., brothers; Larry Gagliardi and wife Chris of N. Carolina, Fred Gagliardi and wife Bonnie of Freedom, Paul Gagliardi and wife Connie of New Youk, sisters; Mary Kathleen Itzkowski of Cuyhoga Falls, OH., Christine Ingros and
husband Joe of Punxsutawney, Denise Gagliardi of Albuquerque, NM., grandchildren; Ashli Jordan, John Jordan, Samantha Gagliardi, Molly Gagliardi and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in dearth by and infant brother; Thomas and a sister; Loretta Cook.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. & 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church in Walston with Msgr. Karg as Celebrant.
Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
