John Robert Walker, age 45 of Sigel, Pa, formerly of Clarion, died Sat, Nov. 26, 2016 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh after an accident.
Born March 29, 1971 in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the eldest son of the late Carl Walker and Karen Sue Walker Emery.
He served in the United States Navy for 4 years during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
John was married to Jennifer Turpyn Walker, who survives with their daughter Katie Sue Walker. He was also married to Marie Bessetti who survives with their son Rhyan, and daughter Mikayla.
John was disabled after working years as a self-employed carpenter.
He enjoyed wood-working in the shop with his brother Brian where he also enjoyed creating things from wood. John also enjoyed shooting pool with his brother Jamie and enjoyed being out doors and fishing with his friends.
John is survived by his mother, Karen Sue Walker Emery; a brother Brian and his sons Bri and Tyler Walker; a brother Jamie and his wife Shona Walker and their daughter Sydney. He was preceded in death by his father Carl Walker. John was an organ donor.
Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church in Clarion with Rev. Harold O. Jacobson officiating.
