Judith Slack, 77, DuBois, passed away, Friday, November 5, 2021 at Penn Highlands in DuBois.
She was born September 5, 1944 in DuBois, the daughter of the late Clarence & Emma (Dixon) Duttry.
She leaves behind two sons, Thomas (Kelly) Slack of SaBula, Ronald Slack of DuBois, two brothers, Doyle (Norma) Duttry of Tipton, Richard (Fawn) Duttry of SaBula, two grandchildren, Ryan (Sherri) Slack of NC, Rachael Slack of Falls Creek and two great-grandchildren.
Judith was a 1962 graduate of DuBois Area High School.
She had worked as a cashier throughout the DuBois area for most of her life.
She enjoyed watching her son race and compete in demolition derbies.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Janis Shaffer and Cecelia Malluzzo and three brothers, Randy, Raymond and Kevin Duttry.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 3pm until 6pm and Friday, from 10am until 11am at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois.
Services will follow on Friday at 11am at the funeral home with Rev. Ray Shaffer officiating.
