COOKSBURG, Pa. (EYT) – The Gateway Lodge in Cook Forest has announced the menu for its Wine & Dine event on July 18.
The meal features Pennsylvania foods sourced from Local Abundance, Zacherl’s Farm Market, Jamison Farm, and BeeBees Naturals.
The menu includes Amuse Bouche Smoked Salmon on Potato Chips with Lemon Fennel and Dill.
Soup will be Summer Corn Chowder.
A Goat Cheese Ceasar Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Parmesan Crisp will be served.
The Entrée is Lamb Chop Milanese with Tomato Confit served with Zucchini Gratin and Garden Vegetables.
Dessert will be Smoked Honey Vanilla Ice Cream with Grilled Peaches.
Seatings will be at 5:30 p.m. or 8:00 p.m., and live entertainment will be provided.
The cost is $99.00 per couple, and optional wine pairings will be presented at the time of tasting, $25.00 per person.
