Brookville Man Facing Felony Drug Charges; Jailed on $30k Bond

PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – A Jefferson County man has been arrested on felony drug charges stemming from an incident that occurred September 3, 2014 in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.

According to court documents, Justin William McCandless, 21, of Brookville, has been charged with the following:

-Manufacture, Deliver, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
-Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Felony 3
-Int Poss Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor

A preliminary arraignment was held December 9, and bail was set at $30,000 unsecured.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on December 19 before District Magistrate Bazylak in Brookville.
