Juvenile Charged with Disorderly Conduct After Defying Parents, Police

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Dubois-based State Police say an incident of disorderly conduct occurred on April 14 around 8:20 p.m. on Smithtown Road, Washington Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, a known juvenile male left his residence without his parent’s permission and refused to return home.

The juvenile got into a vehicle with his friends and refused to advise his parents of his whereabouts, his destination or who he was with.

The juvenile continued to be defiant with his parents and police.

Several officers from multiple agencies were involved with locating the juvenile.
