Kenneth L. Stauffer

Kenneth L. Stauffer, 81, of Clearfield, passed away peacefully early Thursday morning, November 4, 2021 at Snyder Memorial Home.

Born in Mt. Joy on August 31, 1940, he was the son of the late Milton H. and Margaret Derr Stauffer.

He was married to the former Linda Baldwin on July 26, 1979. She survives.

Prior to his retirement, he was an owner/operator Truck driver. Starting his career at the age of 15 and continued for over 50 years.

His pastimes included hunting with his son and other family members, watching football and NASCAR, building engines and working on cars.

His passion was rebuilding his 1970 Monte Carlo SS 454, beginning the rebuild in Missouri and moving it over 40 years ago to Clearfield.

Those surviving in addition to his wife, Linda, are his sons, Kenneth (Pam) Stauffer, Jr., Christopher (Lisa) Beck and Todd McKeone; his daughters, Amanda Smith, Vicky (Les) Eaton and Kimberly Uribe; his brothers, Leo, Lester, Marlin and Merle Stauffer; his sisters, Lois Shank, Linda Seibert and Verna Haldeman; as well as 26 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Those preceding him in death in addition to his parents are his sisters, Dolly George, Shirley Deppen and Mary Stauffer; and a grandson, Christopher Beck.

Furlong Funeral Home, 140 Cherry St., Marienville, PA. was entrusted with final arrangements for Mr. Stauffer.

Family and friends are invited to a remembrance luncheon on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 11AM – 3PM at the Curwensville Civic Center, 11 Stadium Dr., Curwensville, PA 16833.
