Knox Dale Man Faces DUI Charges Following Crash

KNOX TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police have released additional information on a DUI accident that occurred last month.

According to police, around 10:43 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 29-year-old Benjamin Ross Lane, of Knox Dale, was driving a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup truck south on Markton Road in Knox Township when he drove off the road and hit a concrete wall and then hit another vehicle that was parked along the road.

Charges are pending in Magisterial District Court 54-3-03.

Lane is also facing a DUI-related charge from a June 17, 2017 traffic stop in Oliver Township. That case has been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
