Knoxdale Teen Arrested on Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop

Police sirenPINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police say a 19-year-old Knoxdale man was arrested on drug charges following a December 12 traffic stop last week in Pine Creek Twp., Jefferson County.

Punxsutawney-based State Police say Joshua Marshall Emery was stopped for a summary traffic violation on Humphries Bridge around 7:10 p.m.

During the traffic stop, police allege that Emery was under the influence of a controlled substance.

He was further found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and related drug paraphernalia, according to police.
