Laura E. Bernardo, 90, of Glen Campbell passed away on Friday March 26, 2021, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born September 7, 1930, to Clyde and Jessie (Northcut) Brown in Whitwell, Tennessee.
Laura enjoyed tending to her vegetable gardens, canning, crocheting, and cooking.
She is survived by two daughters, Evelyn Feco, and Maria Kopnitsky both of Michigan; a son, Gilbert Flores, Seattle, WA, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; a brother, James Brown of Tennessee, and a sister, Ethel Brown, of Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth Bernardo Sr. in 2010; a son, Robert Flores, two sisters, Margie and Pauline, and three brothers, Bill, James, and Bobbie.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 2-7 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home Inc. 114 Maple Ave., Punxsutawney, PA.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Rossiter.
