Leads Sought After 100-Pound Propane Tank, Other Tools Stolen From Camp in Clearfield County

PENN TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police in Clearfield are asking for the public’s help with information related to a theft in Penn Township earlier this month.

According to a November 17 release issued by PSP Clearfield, the theft is believed to have occurred around 5:06 p.m. on Sunday, November 5, at a camp in the 4000 block of Lee Run Road in Penn Township, Clearfield County.

Trooper Woolcock said an unknown individual(s) removed a 100-pound propane tank (value $200.00) and a ratchet set (value $50.00) from the camp.

According to police, the individual(s) accessed the camp on a side-by-side.

The victim is a 60-year-old Grampian man.
