Linda Eleanore (Reagle) Helsel, 71, took a walk with God to her home in Heaven, on January 15, 2021, in Jacksonville, Florida.
She was born in Stump Creek. PA, on January 18, 1949, to Donald and Ruby (Frantz) Reagle.
Linda moved to Virginia in 1977 and married Emory Joseph Helsel on April 12, 1979, in Norfolk, VA, where she lived until moving to Jacksonville, FL, in 1997.
Linda enjoyed taking long car rides, reading, and embroidering but the thing she loved most was being a mom, grandma, and great-grandma.
Linda will be remembered by two daughters, Melissa (Hopkins) Jewell and her husband Roger and Shelly (Hopkins) Brannen both of Orange Park, FL, and one son, Scott Hopkins of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren, Kairstin Hopkins (Brett Quigley), Quinton Jewell, Shelby Jewell, Will Brannen, III, and Christopher Hopkins; and two great-granddaughters, Sailor and Kayla; two sisters, Pat Fox and Kay Pearce, both of Big Run and one brother, Glenn (Joan) Reagle of Stump Creek; and many family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her grandson, Daniel Joseph Hopkins; son-in-law, William Brannen, Jr. and three brothers, Theodore, Carl, and Larry Reagle.
Friends will be received on Saturday January 23, 2021, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home Inc., 114 Maple Ave., Punxsutawney, PA, 15767.
Interment will follow at Devers Cemetery, Rossiter, PA.
