Lloyd D. Minns, 60, of Short Street, Falls Creek, PA, died on Thursday, April 19, 2018, in Brady Township as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born on March 29, 1958, in DuBois, PA, he was the son of Clarence “Sonny” Minns and Alice (Carlson) Harlan. His mother survives and lives in DuBois with her husband Butch. His father and his wife, Shirley Minns, preceded him in death.
Lloyd retired as an over the road truck driver.
He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved to ride his Harley Davidson. He also enjoyed camping and his dogs Tucker and Bandit.
He is survived by four children, Cori Minns of Reynoldsville, PA, Cameron Minns of Falls Creek, PA, Jared Minns and his wife Deidre of Punxsutawney, PA, and Emily Ross and her husband Donnie of Punxsutawney, PA; three sisters, Sandra Donahue and her husband Terry of Sykesville, PA, Patsy Flanders and her husband David of DuBois, PA, and Ruthie Hagan and her husband Ronald of Troutville, PA; two brothers, Greg Minns and his wife Kris of Greensboro, NC, and Gerry Kriner of DuBois, PA; and five grandchildren, Riley Shaffer, Cheyanne Miller, Kiera and Gabriella Ross, and Olivia Minns.
There will be no public visitation.
A private funeral service will be held at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
