Local Woman Injured in Dollar General Parking Lot Crash

WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Winslow Township, Jefferson County, yesterday.

Police say the crash occurred around 3:47 p.m. in the parking lot of Dollar General.

According to police, a vehicle operated by Barbara Snyder, 72, of DuBois, was parked in a parking space and another vehicle operated by Lisa Yount, 49, of Reynoldsville, failed to see her 1998 Chrysler Concord.

The rear of Yount’s 1995 Suzuki Sidekick subsequently struck the rear of Snyder’s car.

Snyder was transported to DRMC for treatment of minor injuries.

Yount was not injured.

Reynoldsville Ambulance assisted at the scene.
