Long-time Clarion Sports Information Director Rich Herman Honored by CoSIDA

DALLAS – Long-time Clarion University Sports Information Director Rich Herman, who retired in November, was honored at the recent College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) national convention in Dallas.

Herman received the organization’s Lifetime Achievement Award after spending 36 years at Clarion as the SID. During his tenure, 99 Golden Eagles football players received All-American honors.

Rich was elected to the COSIDA Hall of Fame in 2011 and has received numerous awards from the organization throughout the years.
