Loretta A. Slattery, 82, DuBois, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born April 7, 1939, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late John and Ann (Kalinowski) Phillips.
On October 5, 1957, she married William “Bumper” Slattery. He preceded her in death on February 15, 2005.
Loretta graduated from the DuBois Area High School in 1957.
She was employed by Brockway Glass for 27 years. Loretta enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching the Oakland Raiders.
She was Catholic by faith.
Loretta is survived by two children, David (Julie) Slattery, Eden, NC, and Debra (Douglas) Heberling, DuBois, two grandchildren, Ryan and Liberty, and a brother, John E. Phillips, DuBois.
In addition to her parents and husband, Loretta was preceded in death by a grandson, David Slattery, and an infant grandson, Douglas Heberling.
There will be no public visitation or service.
Interment will be in Salem Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.
