Loretta M. Kline

OI1320856616_KlinephotoLoretta M. Kline, age 94, a resident at Elk Haven Nursing Home in St. Marys, Pa, died on Saturday November 15 at Elk Haven.

She was born on June 6, 1920 in Brandy Camp, Pa; the daughter of the late Alfred and Myrtle Trumbull Ruth. She was married to Theodore Kline and he died on June 14, 1972.

Retired, Loretta had been employed at St. Marys Carbon. She was a lifelong member of the Brandy Camp United Methodist Church. Loretta enjoyed crocheting and needlework. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family, especially taking camping trips with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons: Gary S. (Patricia) Kline of Brockport, Pa; and Thomas L. (Louise) Kline of St. Marys; one sister: Twila Dutcher also of St. Marys; 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

Friends will be received on Thursday, November 20 from 2-4 &7-9 P.M. at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway, Pa. The Funeral Service will be on Friday, November 21 at the Brandy Camp United Methodist Church with Pastor Karen Trask officiating. Burial will follow in the Brandy Camp Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Brandy Camp United Methodist Church.
