CLARION, Pa. – M and B Services, LLC, of Clarion, will be purchasing Glenn Redi-Mix of Clarion and Brookville.
“We are excited to continue the tradition of Redi-Mix concrete in the local area,” states Vice President Braun Gourley.
Glenn Redi-Mix currently serves Venango, Armstrong, Clarion, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, Elk, and Clearfield Counties.
Gourley’s great grandfather, Charles M. Lawrence began the Clarion branch of the business in 1919. The Lawrence family owned and operated the business until it was sold to the Glenn family in 1984. Paul Glenn purchased the Brookville location in the 1970’s.
Glenn Redi-Mix will officially become M and B Redi-Mix and Supply sometime in February. Glenn Redi-Mix has 15 employees.
M and B is very excited to serve both the Brookville and Clarion Areas.
“We will strive to continue the strong business relationships both the Lawrence and Glenn families have built over the last 95 years,” says President Mike Hindman.
