Madeline Marshall

Madeline Marshall, 86, of DuBois, PA, died Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at her home.

Born on September 23, 1932 in Rathmel, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Rentovich) Meholick.

On October 31, 1953, she married Donald J. Marshall. He preceded her in death on May 4, 2012.

Madeline was a homemaker, worked at Rockwell International Manufacturing in Sykesville, PA and was Co-Owner / Operator of the Gateway Café in DuBois, PA for 10 years. She also was the Director of Volunteers at DuBois Regional Medical Center for 10 years.

She was a member of Nativity of the Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Church, the DuBois Regional Medical Center Auxiliary and Christ The King Manor Auxiliary.

Madeline is survived by two sons; (Michael Marshall and his wife Grace of DuBois, PA and Todd Marshall of St. Marys, PA); one daughter;(Dawn Cekovsky & her husband Robert of Big Run, PA) daughter in law; (Debbie Marshall, DuBois, PA) two sisters;(Dorothy Fredrick of DuBois, PA and Rose Marie Vrobel of Heath,Ohio), nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son (Lance Marshall), a grandson (Jason Marshall) and two sisters (June Henry and Mary Lou Smith).

Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. Parastas will be held on Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Nativity Of The Mother Of God Byzantine Catholic Church with Father Vasyl Banyk as celebrant.

Burial will be in Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.
