NORTH MAHONING TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police report an alleged DUI that led to additional charges in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County.
Police say at 12:04 a.m. on August 3, 2015, 53-year-old Scott Allen Mullen, of McKeesport, was stopped for a speeding violation on Route 119.
During the stop, police determined Mullen was allegedly under the influence.
At the time of the incident, police say Mullen had a 6-year-old minor passenger in the vehicle.
He was subsequently charged with DUI, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Endangering the Welfare of Children, and summary traffic violations.
Charges were filed at District Court 40-3-01.
