Man Allegedly Exposes Himself at Sheetz, Hands Marijuana & Marijuana Pipe to Officer Instead of License

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Borough Police, a Summerville man was arrested following a recent incident at Sheetz and State Route 28 (Allegheny Blvd.), in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Police say the incident happened around 11:25 p.m. on March 5. Nicholas C. Knerr, 29, of Summerville, is being charged with open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness after allegedly exposing himself inside Sheetz store.

Police say they conducted a traffic stop a short time later and requested Knerr’s driver’s license.

Knerr then allegedly handed over a bag of marijuana and a marijuana pipe to the officer instead of his driver’s license.
