NORTH MAHONING TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A 22-year-old man was arrested for allegedly threatening a Punxsutawney man’s life.
Around 10:00 a.m. on September 26, Punxsutawney-based State Police were dispatched to a location on Park Road in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County, for a report of terroristic threats.
According to police, a known 31-year-old Punxsutawney man reported that Devin Dalessio, of Plumville, was threatening his life.
Police say the incident was investigated and a criminal complaint was filed through District Court 40-3-01. District Magistrate Welch then issued an arrest warrant for Dalessio.
According to police, Dalesio was taken into custody and arraigned in front of District Magistrate Welch
Dalesio was released on $10,000.00 unsecured bail.
The investigation is ongoing.
