BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say a known 22-year-old Fairmount City man allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm while prohibited to do so.
According to police, the charges stem from an investigation that started on September 29, 2014.
Charges were filed at Magistrate Gregory Bazylak’s office.
The name of the suspect was not released.
