YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Harassment occurred on State Route 119, at WalMart Super Center, in Young Township, Jefferson County.
Police say Chad Fetters, of Windber, allegedly sent a Punxsutawney man repeated text messages at the above described location, which served no legitimate purpose after being told to stop.
The incident occurred sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on September 3.
Harassment charges were filed through Magisterial District Justice Chambers’ office.
