BARNETT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Marienville-based State Police, around 2:30 a.m. on March 23, an alleged incident of public drunkenness occurred at Hominy Ridge Cabins, in Barnett Township, Jefferson County.
Police say Eric Joseph Prebeg of Midway, Pa., allegedly appeared in a public place and was manifestly under the influence of alcohol causing public concern for his safety.
A citation was filed at District Magistrate 54-3-03.
