BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say an incident of Disorderly Conduct occurred March 9 around 10:36 a.m. on Main Street near the Courthouse in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, the incident occurred as a male actor was standing on the corner of Main Street and South Pickering Street.
Police observed the male actor allegedly swing and hit the rear of a passing car with a large black and yellow bag.
The actor was issued a non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct.
The name of the actor was not released.
