Man Crashes Vehicle into Church off Route 322, Winslow Township

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Dubois-based State Police, a one vehicle accident occurred on March 11 around 11:20 p.m. on State Route 322, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, William W. Schlagel, 56, of Reynoldsville, lost control of his 2009 Ford Ranger on the ice-covered roadway, then left the road surface and crashed into a church.

Schlagel was wearing a seat belt.

He was transported to Penn Highlands medical facility in DuBois for minor injuries.
